Come and see how your favorite belts are made! In this video, our engineers Amol and Jacob show the increasing importance of robots in GRIP6 Belts.
Robots have helped us automate and perfect the quality of our buckles. But robots are really only as good as the engineer who codes and develops the robot. Not only have our robots saved us significant space and time but robots have also opened up a world of creative possibilities for different designs.
Thanks and congratulations to Robert R. for your question, which is answered in the video (so watch to see)!
We enjoy reading everyone's comments and questions, so thank you for sending those in and keep them up! We look forward to making more of these videos and sharing this journey together with you.
'Till the next episode!

Thanks for the view into robotics in your manufacturing. Great versatility. How have robotics helped you pursue your sustainability goals?

I saw how the plastic end is stress tested, Is the belt itself also stress tested. Reason I ask is that I have noticed over time the belt gets a little longer. So I m guessing ordering one in a size slightly below might be a good idea on my second purchase.

Hi. So glad to see products still made in the US and continuously growing and improving!
These belts are in my wishlist for me, my husband and my relatives in the Philippines.
Don’t know if this has been asked before but I’d like to know if all the buckles are scratch-free and are the coatings don’t chip, peel or discolor due to wear and tear?
Do you have some elegant designs that will surely match ladies dressy pants and dresses… if not, are there any plans?
I’d very much appreciate a reply via email🙂.
Thanks and more power!!! God bless America.
Best,
Celia R.

What do you consider your biggest challenges with competing with those businesses who only import their products from over seas?
David
Where do the design ideas come from? Are they stored somewhere for potential futur use if not selected for immediate production? Do any ideas get to prototype and then turned down?
