We make your Belts, Wallets, and Wool Socks ourselves right here in the USA; we know our craftsmanship Is on trial with everything we make! From engineering to manufacturing, we are responsible for making sure your GRIP6 product works better and lasts longer than you'd ever expect. If that doesn't happen, we will stand behind our work by refunding, repairing or replacing any GRIP6 Belt, Sock, or Wallet that doesn’t keep up with whatever you throw at it.
That’s what our A3 Guaran-Damn-Tee is all about: Any Time, Any Reason, Any Condition - and if your strap, buckle, or wallet does break, we would sincerely love to know how you accomplished such a feat! The Nuts and Bolts
Within 60 days - Good for full refund and we even pay return shipping (US Domestic orders only, International orders are responsible for return shipping)
60 - 180 days - No fees, you merely pay shipping to get the product back and you can either return for a full refund or exchange for a product of equal value
After 180 days - No fees, you merely pay shipping to get the product back and you can exchange the product for another of equal value
Step 1
Send a picture of damaged product togrip6@grip6.comand tell us a little bit about how you accomplished such a feat.
Step 2
After processing the return, we'll ship out your brand new product along with a new return label to send us your damaged product. That way you don't have to wait to get a replacement!
Step 3
Send back your damaged product so we can evaluate and make adjustments to ensure all products meet our standards.
The Stuff We Don't Cover
You wear out these beauties and we’ll be happy to send you another one free! However, we can’t assume responsibility for damage to our products when they are used in a manner they were not designed for. While pretty tough, our belts are not towing straps, our socks are not chew toys, and we can’t make lost wallets reappear. Nevertheless, if you happen to be one of these folks, send us your story of misadventure and we'll see what we can do.
Animal Damage
We get it, you turn around for 1 second and your pet grabs your favorite GRIP6 product. It happens to us too. We put our products through rigorous testing to make sure they will continue to do what they were made to do. Surviving a viscious attack from cute little "Fluffy" isn't one of them.
Burned
Although our wool is naturally flame resistant, they aren't fire proof. Our socks are made to handle a lot, but a walk on hot coals isn't recommended.
Lost or Stolen
RFID blocking aluminum guarantees that the information inside your wallet isn't stolen. The wallet itself though, that's on you.
