Our Guarandamntee

100 days to decide. A lifetime of backup.

We make your belts, wallets, socks, hoodies, and rings ourselves, right here in Utah. Our craftsmanship is on trial with everything that leaves the building — so we put our money where our mouth is.

Take 100 days. Wear it hard. If it's not right, send it back for a full refund and we'll cover the shipping.

Then take a lifetime. If it ever breaks, wears out, or quits on you, send us a picture. No box, no post office, no shipping it back, and no digging up a receipt from 2019. We'll get a replacement headed your way for $9.99 shipping and handling — forever.

The Nuts and Bolts

Days 0–100 — The 100-Day Risk-Free Trial. Return or exchange anything, for any reason, in any condition. Worn, washed, muddy — doesn't matter. Full refund to your original payment. We send a prepaid return label, so US returns cost you $0. International customers cover return shipping.

Day 101 and forever — The Lifetime Warranty. If a GRIP6 product breaks, wears out, or stops doing its job, we replace it — same item, or equal value if it's discontinued. No refunds after 100 days, replacement only, and nothing to ship back. Flat shipping & handling per claim: $9.99 for one item, $14.99 for two or three, $19.99 for four or more — and $19.99 is the ceiling.

To start a return or warranty claim, use our return portal here.

Step 1

Send a photo of the product to grip6@grip6.com — and tell us a little about how you accomplished such a feat.

Step 2

Once we confirm it's covered, cut it in half (scissors work fine) and send one more picture. Then toss it — no box, no post office, no shipping it back.

Step 3

We ship your replacement and email you tracking. Flat shipping & handling per claim: $9.99 for one item, $14.99 for 2–3, $19.99 for 4+.

The Stuff We Cover & Dumb Stuff We Won't

Inside your first 100 days, none of this matters — the trial covers any reason and any condition. After day 100, the Lifetime Warranty covers real failures: buckles that crack or quit holding, straps that fray, socks that wear through or lose their stretch, wallets whose hardware gives out, hoodie seams that fail in normal wear.

What it doesn't cover after day 100: normal cosmetic wear (scratches, patina, fading — aluminum shows its life, and that's expected, not a defect), animal damage, fire and heat, lost or stolen items, and abuse or off-label use. Our belts are not tow straps. If you happen to be one of these smart folks anyway, send us your story of misadventure and we'll see what we can do.

Animal Damage

We get it, you turn around for 1 second and your pet grabs your favorite GRIP6 product. It happens to us too. We put our products through rigorous testing to make sure they will continue to do what they were made to do. Surviving a vicious attack from cute little "Fluffy" isn't one of them.

Burned

Although our wool is naturally flame resistant, they aren't fire proof. Our socks are made to handle a lot, but a walk on hot coals isn't recommended.

Lost or Stolen

RFID blocking aluminum guarantees the information inside your wallet isn't stolen. The wallet itself, though — we can't replace a failure we can't see a picture of, so lost and stolen items aren't covered. The one exception: Anvil wedding bands, where loss is covered under The Anvil Promise.
