Great organizer
nice convenient way to store my grip 6 belts and buckles
Let me start by saying that I love Grip6 belts. They’re a great product that REALLY WORKS, and they keep innovating; the stretch belt!? Yess please!I do like the hub organizer, too. the only reason I’m giving them a 1 star is that they have TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, and 2 orders have been messed up. The most recent I ordered on 24 Nov and contained Christmas gifts. I downloaded the “shop” app, as it is what they supposedly use for order tracking, but it really should be called the spam-marketing app, as it doesn’t do a good job of tracking orders, but does a non-stop effort to sell you morestuff. After a couple of weeks of waiting and being misled by the app, I logged into my account on the website and, lo and behold, my order was still showing as “confirmed”. I tried to use the chat bot on the website, but it was largely useless. There is no live chat, and no phone number, so on 8 Dec I put in my email and waited patiently for the promised human reply; that was Dec 8. Dec 9 I checked the website and my order was now, all of a sudden “processing”. I then got a real shipping email later in the day.
THREE DAYS LATER…Dec 12, I finally get the human reply, for what it was worth. It said, in part:
“ We shipped your order on December 9th because we were waiting on our international shipping partners to give us the go ahead.”
ARE YOU SERIOUS!? You let an order languish for 15 days without bothering to maybe contact your “international shipping partners”!? And since when does shipping from the US to Canada require authorization from the carrier!?
This is so obviously a terribly feeble attempt to blame someone else. I would have respected them more if they had just said “OMG! So sorry, we goofed! Your package is on the way right now!”
I hope someone from management reads this and cares enough to do something about it, otherwise, piss-poor customer relations will destroy what is otherwise an amazing product.

The 3M mounting strips were confusing - accidentally peeled off the wrong part. Apparently need to be smarter than a piece of plastic.
Still seems to be holding, though. The design and execution of the actual organizer is great!
Over the years of buying belts and buckles I ended up with 6 belts and 4 buckles. I have draped them over hangers and hooks in the closet in the past, but this has cleaned up the storage situation very nicely. I mounted in on the backside of my bedroom closet door. Very happy with purchase!

Good Design, I've got three belts on/in it, and 6 buckles, and sticks well to the wall with supplied stickers. Love it, finally can swap buckles when I feel like it instead of searching in the cupboard. Heartily Recommend Grip6 and there products
