I'm a UK customer and I have been a big fan of Grip6 over the past years, buying and enjoying many belts and buckles. Unfortunately for the first time, my latest order is stuck in UK customs, so I am being asked to review a buckle which I have not received yet. Grip6 is focused on its local USA market and it very poorly set up for international customers. You place an order with Grip6 and they outsource to Argo Shipping who outsource to DHL who themselves outsource to local delivery company and someone along the line outsources the customs payments to yet another third party company to take payment, and the end customer is completely forgotten and lost in the process and it is impossible to track anything in this unholy mess. I have recently purchased goods from other USA companies who manage this so much better than Grip6 (e.g. a backpack from Tom Bihn in Seattle; a nebulizer from VocalMist, and some infinity straps from MODL). So if you really want to sell to international customers, it is possible to do it properly - Grip6 should learn from this or else give up on the international market. I am now giving up on Grip6 after a long and happy journey. Thankfully I have now a good collection of belts and buckles to enjoy for some more years
