Of course! We ship via DHL, with your local post office making the final delivery. For free shipping on domestic orders must be over $75 and $99 for international. For Canada it will take 1-3 weeks and everywhere else could take between 2-4 weeks. Be aware that international shipping can get complicated by customs and other factors. If you have a problem getting your stuff, we're sorry. We'll try to do what we can to minimize potential issues, but we can't guarantee flawless international shipping every time. Also, be aware that while we accept returns or exchanges on international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. But if you have problems, please send us a message and we'll do what we can to help. Please be aware that customs, duties, tariffs and other fees may apply. Those fees are determined by your government. If you don't like it, please let them know because we can't do anything about it.

At GRIP6, our products go through such a rigorous inspection that even minor cosmetic issues are weeded out. Those items are set aside and sold as "Seconds" or "Near-Perfects" — cosmetically blemished, but fully functional. Usually a small scratch, dent, or scuff that's barely noticeable at a casual glance.

After 100 days, Seconds carry a functional lifetime warranty. If it breaks or stops working, we'll replace it. Cosmetic issues aren't covered, because the blemish is what you bought — and it's why you got the price you did.
